Chef Calvin Chen and his wife, Janice are very happy to welcome you to their restaurant. Spring Garden Chinese Seafood Restaurant is a charming family-run business. Chef Calvin immigrated to Canada in 1992, arriving from Guangzhou City, the Capital of Guangdong Province in China. He and his wife took over this location in 2009.
Chef Calvin is focused on creating authentic Chinese cuisine by bringing Guangzhou traditional recipes to the local area. The customer service is cheerful and personalized – Chef Calvin makes it a point to come out and greet his customers during lunch and dinner services.
The traditional Chinese dishes range from Dim Sum to Buddhist Feast of Vegetables to Szechuan Style Spicy Shrimp. The Dim Sum menu is very popular and only served at lunch time.
